Dispatch and Tracking

Orders received by midday Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Tracking information is provided by email when your order is processed and dispatched. Products designated special order are not held in stock and may take up to a week to dispatch.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders within metro South Australia will typically take one business day to arrive. Orders to national metro areas will generally arrive within 4-6 days of dispatch.

Regional and remote deliveries may take over a week to arrive.

Environmental Responsibility

MyCleanPlanet is committed to continuing to look for ways of limiting its environmental impact. We try to recycle packing cartons as often as possible, rather than use new packaging. We also use compostable/biodegradable satchels wherever possible. Almost all of our deliveries are made by Sendle, Australia’s first carbon neutral delivery service.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

MyCleanPlanet will replace any product supplied that doesn’t match your order, upon return to MyCleanPlanet of the incorrect product. We will refund return postage costs and will cover resupply delivery cost.

Change of mind returns

We will accept change of mind returns within 14 days for unopened products. You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product provided by our staff. The product will remain your responsibility during transit, and we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
